This site is a tribute to Jean Starnes, beloved mum, wife, sister and friend. Jean's warmth, generosity, kindness and love lit up the lives of everyone who knew her. She was one of those rare people who was genuinely loved by everyone; she was full of positivity and good advice and would always make time for people. She was taken from us far, far too soon and will be sorely missed by so very many people. Her love and the example she set will live on in our hearts.

Thoughts
